This abridged version can be spread widely for example among stakeholders of the member organisations. Campaign on Youths’ Right to Information
The preparatory meeting for this campaign, that will be run in the framework of the cooperation between the Council of Europe and ERYICA, took place in Strasbourg on the days 2-5.10.2011. The results from the meeting were presented to the board during the meeting. The main target group of the campaign are young people, hopefully also reaching the political level. The campaign will be coordinated by the Secretariat offering a toolkit and a website for members who will run the campaign at a national and local level. The official launch of the campaign will take place on 17 April 2012 and the climax is the Council of Europe Youth Ministers’ Conference in St. Petersburg in autumn. There will also be a pan-European campaign day in May (exact date to be communicated). The Secretariat will inform members more into detail about the next steps for the campaign.

Corporate Identity
In the last General Assembly (Opatija 2011) it was discussed that a better visual identity and consistent design and appearance are needed. The new visual identity of ERYICA will be presented in the next General Assembly and the launch of the Campaign, on 17.04.2012. The board decided to outsource this work to Evert Ypma who is also working as a strategist with the Campaign visual design.

Infomobil will be maintained in a less ambitious way in future, with the proposed structure of must-have and nice-to-have topics. Also the promotion of the service should be more active. The service has surprising many visitors even there is not so much promotion of it. A detailed plan for the promotion of the service and future plans will be prepared for discussion before the next board meeting.
