V Conference Health and Technology
27 de Abril de 2012The Polytechnic Institute of Guarda, in collaboration with both its School of Health and School of Management and Technology, will host the V Jornadas sobre Tecnologia e Saúde (Conference on Health and Technology) on 27th April 2012. Disseminate the latest projects in the area of health care technology and deepen the dialogue between researchers and practitioners/facilities (doctors, nurses, technicians, professionals and students in the areas of health and technology) are the main objectives of these Workshops, already designed in accordance with national and international.
Moreover, the Organization seeks to increase the interaction between higher education and companies targeting the areas behind this event.
It is clear, however, the deadline for submitting proposals for papers or "posters". Interested parties may obtain the application form and other information on http://www.ipg.pt/tecnologia-saude2012/, gic@ipg.pt by email or by phone at (351) 271220162 As in previous years there will be a space to exhibitors (exhibitor and the form indicating the deadline for submission are available at the Days). Authors may submit more than one poster or paper (in English or in Portuguese) although only one will be accepted as first author. V JORNADAS SOBRE TECNOLOGIA E SAÚDE
O Instituto Politécnico da Guarda (IPG), em colaboração com a Escola Superior de Saúde e a Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão, vai promover, no dia 27 de Abril de 2012, as V Jornadas sobre Tecnologia e Saúde.Divulgar os mais recentes projectos na área da tecnologia aplicada à saúde e aprofundar o diálogo entre investigadores e profissionais/estruturas de saúde (médicos, enfermeiros, técnicos, profissionais e estudantes das áreas da saúde e da tecnologia) são os principais objectivos destas Jornadas, já projectadas em termos nacionais e internacionais.Por outro lado, a Organização procura incrementar a interacção entre ensino superior e as empresas vocacionadas para as áreas subjacentes a este evento. Decorre, entretanto, o prazo para a apresentação de propostas de comunicações ou de “posters”.

À semelhança do ano anterior haverá um espaço destinado a Expositores (a ficha de expositor e a indicação da data limite de envio estão disponíveis no sítio das Jornadas). “As propostas para apresentação de comunicações ou posters devem ser enviadas à Comissão Organizadora das Jornadas até ao dia 30 de Janeiro de 2011; as inscrições para a participação nas Jornadas podem ser feitas até 20 de Abril de 2012.”
